Cancellations

Team Boonary is glad you’ve opted for our courses. However, once a course is bought, please note that it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds

In the rare case that there is an error with the payment gateway or with the site and you are overcharged for a course (charged a different amount than what is mentioned against the course), the overcharged amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

Any payment failures while using the payment gateway are automatically refunded to the source account within 7 business days. Our refund policy is further elaborated below.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
